Heh, I didn't claim that :-P. Actually, I'm now seeing non-conformant code even
in the changed chunks, e.g.

+    SharedTimerQt() : QTimer(), m_timerFunction(0)

(we don't explicitly call all initializers). But should be an improvement
still...
