Steps to reproduce:

1) Set Safari's start page to http://nightly.webkit.org/start/
2) Quit Safari.
3) Run Safari with ToT WebKit.
4) Note that there is a delay after the Safari window appears, but before the
URL appears in the address bar.
5) Quit Safari.
6) Open Safari with system WebKit.
7) Note that there is no delay before the URL appears in the address bar.

With a nightly build of WebKit, the delay is roughly one second.
