The very first time the page was loaded, I saw some poor scrollbar redrawing
(both horizontal and vertical).  All subsequent reloads (4-5) did not show this
issue.  I'm wondering if it's timing-related and/or cache-related?  It may
require a cache clear before it's reproducible again.
