An HTML has more than one SVG objects, say 5, in the page. If activated one SVG
object, that svg plugin will get EApplicationFocusChanged event with ETrue as
parameter. Other svg objects will get EFalse. However, when exiting from that
svg object, all svg plugins get EApplicationFocusChanged event with ETrue,
which is not correct. Expected result should be that all svg object received
EFalse.
