Derek, was this tested on production Safari or a nightly WebKit build
(http://nightly.webkit.org/)?  If it was a nightly WebKit build, what is the
build number used to reproduce this?

I'm trying this on a locally-built debug build of WebKit r15827, but I don't
see the bug.

Should the content-type on Attachment 9959 be application/xhtml+xml instead?
