How to repeat the problem:
1) Enable & build newsticker
2) Wait until phone starts. Newsticker should be visible in idle screen
3) Select newsticker plugin with up/down arrow key
4) Press OK key
5) Popup window should show up with a placeholder message
6) Select back from right SK
7) Press OK key again
