The error note "Application.closed: Web" is displayed when trying to cancel
refresh from saved page.

Preconditions:
2. User is in Saved pages view.
3. There are some saved pages in Saved pages view.

Test steps: 
1. Select "reload" from Options menu.
2. When refreshing dialog appears select [cancel].   

Expected result: 
R2. Refreshing is canceled.
Actual result:
R2. Crash.
