There appears to be some confusion on this bug -- it probably should be split
into two.  

In particular, I'm only concerned that the onfocus event is not called on the
S60v3 browser when the cursor rolls over a link and the anchor is focused.  I
can see not calling on focus for the click event as a design desision, but in
this case the link is clearly and visibly focused and the corresponding event
handler should be called. 

Tested on N80 V3.0614.0.3, with URL:
http://www.jameswatts.com/test/focus.html
