Mitz pointed out that it in bug 10093 that ListMarkerBox::destroy is
responsible for that crash.  Taking a brute force approach to seeing if this
bug was related I commented out the bodies of ListMarkerBox::destroy and
ListMarkerBox::operator delete.  This hides the crash mentioned in bug 10093
but leaves this crash.  This indicates that the bugs are unrelated, and I was
simply seeing bug 10093 in action before this one got a chance to kick in.
