Steps to repro:
1. Go to for example http://www.nic.fi/~~useless/kaste/
2. Click link "1.hattu.tif" to download file (chose this file cause it's 193kB
and that size helps with next steps).
3. OK the download.
4. Hide downloads.
5. When file is downloaded, press RSK "Later".
6. Click link "1.hattu.tif" again
