Moved bkl files, removed gen. files, and added MSVS 2005 support

Please let me know if this works for you, or if you want the Bakefiles folder
completely gone. Generated files are gone from the tree. Also, I added MSVS
2005 support as it greatly simplifies the Windows build process and removes the
need to up-convert. Thanks!
