Does the crash go away when you uninstall PithHelmet?  If so, please contact
the author of PithHelmet so that they can resolve this.

Due to the nature of how PithHelmet and similar hacks work, there is no way
that we can guarantee that unsupported hacks will work with every nightly or
public release.
