This sounds more like a WebKit bug (in contrast to the keepalive stalling
issue, which sounds like an OS bug that needs to be reported via
<http://bugreport.apple.com>).

Could you please provide detailed steps to reproduce this (including
lighttpd/Rails configs and the scripts used for testing)? Might be better to
open a new bug for onsubmit.
