It looks like there's something wrong with the m_focusRingClip we're using in
GraphicsContext::drawFocusRing.  If we go back to drawing the focus ring with
the old rect without intersecting the m_focusRingClip, then the problem goes
away.  I don't really understand what that clip rect is supposed to do though.
