Both of those tasks are handled by the WebKitScripts/Tools/regenerate-makefiles
script. This is mentioned in the "Regenerating the Makefiles" section of the
readme, but I've added a note that it automatically downloads and installs
Bakefile for you and will include it in the next patch.
