Two more pieces of info

- You can get the same breakage by choosing largest text sizes in Safari.

- I also tried this in WinIE and I could not make the tabs wrap around by using
the largest text size.  It wasn't clear to me that they were even changing the
size of the text in the tabs, but other text on the page was changing size.
