document.lastModified works fine in Safari when the server provides
"Last-Modified" HTTP header, see
<http://nypop.com/~ap/webkit/last-modified.html>. Although Firefox syntesizes
the time if this header is missing (maybe it uses "Date" header?), it's not
obvious to me if this is correct behavior.
