OVERVIEW:

When the ~/Library directory is not writeable, WebKit.app freezes after
displaying a "Your bookmarks could not be saved" message.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE (somehow not recommended):

1. chmod, eh, 000 your ~/Library dir?
2. Open WebKit.app

ACTUAL RESULTS:

WebKit.app shows a "Your bookmarks could not be saved" dialog. When clicking
the OK button, the dialog is not dismissed but the cursor becomes a spinning
rainbow. So far the only way to stop WebKit.app is a force quit.

(Also, only two of the menus, Safari and Help, appeared.)

EXPECTED RESULTS:

WebKit.app should not freeze.
