I'm noticing a painting issue where the focus ring on a input element continues
to redraw after pasting text into a input field. The focus ring appears to
"thicken" as I contunue to paste into this field.

I can reproduce this with several sites including google.com

Steps to reproduce:

1) With latest TOT Webkit,  open reduced test case
"focus_ring_pasting_issue.html"
2) Type some text in the field, select and copy it, then press command -V
3) Notice as you paste, the focus ring draws each time.
