Steps to reproduce:

(1) Launch Safari.  
(2) Go to http://www.osnews.com
(3) The left border of the left column (the ones with the different headers,
e.g., Features, Editorials, etc.) does not paint.

If you reload it works.  If you scroll down and back up it will paint.  Seems
pretty clear it's an incremental repaint issue.

This is a regression from shipping Safari.
