Apparently, the words that get context ads are somehow randomized, and it was
pure coincidence that I was getting the same results from Firefox and stock
Safari, but no ads in nightly.

The randomization looks pretty weird, though - each browser always produces
identical results on the same machine (I've even tried removing
~/Library/Safari and ~/Library/Caches).
