Go to www.nytimes.com, where they just introduced a new layout.  In 10.4.5 and
TOT as of today, there are a few bad layout problems at the top of the page. 
The "TIMES TOPICS" tab at the very top is below all its siblings.  Also the two
aquare ads that should be on either side of their main banner graphic are
instead above that graphic.  I will attach a picture.

Strangely some on IRC are able to repro, some aren't.
