Many of the PNG renderings of the expected results of the CSS 2.1 test suite in LayoutTests/css2.1/ 
contain seemingly random text artifacts.  The cause of this is that the test suite is not run with the 
expected text encoding of UTF-8 as can be demonstrated by manually opening the html file of the test 
and changing the text encoding from the View menu.
