Leaks in TOT (due to CSS parse error?)

I'm not exactly sure where these leaks are coming from.  They seem new, and I thought they might be 
from my recent String and HashSet changes... however they don't seem to be.  Maciej theorizes they might 
be caused by the css parser leaking on errors.  Not sure yet.
