Hi Ryosuke,

I think this patch it ready to review.
Sorry, I couldn't look into the release problem in win platform, because I
don't have windows env. So I filed a bug(197908) for it. And make
element-leak.html skipped in win.

Please take a look of this patch when you have time. Thanks:)
