Patch

The pasted properties don't appear in the styles sidebar. Looks like layout
doesn't get called on WI.SpreadsheetCSSStyleDeclarationEditor.

This could be related to https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/227370/webkit. I'm
looking into this.
