Patch (attempt to remove the changes to windowToContents/contentsToWindow)

@smfr: OK, it looks like it's actually possible to move the changes to
windowToContents/contentsToWindow out of this patch. I've opened bug 192303 as
a follow-up patch.

(Source/WebCore/ChangeLog should be updated)
