Moved InbandTextTrackPrivateClient ASSERTing functions to InbandTextTrack, and
added InbandDataTextTrack to the Mac build to hopefully fix that linking error.
For the WebKitGTK error, I'll probably change the USE(GSTREAMER_MPEG) check to
check the GStreamer version, instead of blindly relying on gstreamer-mpegts-1.0
existing.
