Here's a new patch that addresses most of Darin's comments, re-baselines/fixes
the failing tests, AND it disables the feature for WK1 for the time being. I
filed https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=136131 so that WK1 can be
addressed in a follow-up patch.
