Patch is update to use AudioParam instead of AudioGain. This patch may require
a modification in
https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/audio/raw-file/tip/webaudio/specification.html#AudioBuff
erSourceNode where gain attribute is not mentioned in AudioBufferSourceNode but
is used in the corresponding IDL file.
