Fixed Changelog now.

About Joseph's comments, we didn't touch in fonts and keyboard shortcuts.

I talked with Andre Loureiro about that and we saw that patch for enable the
new inspector for Windows landed recently
(https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=120098) didn't touch with this as
well, maybe we need create  
another bug for these general changes, don't you think?
