This version adds some tests (using MKV files because they're easy to work
with), and fixes a bug with how I was handling the audio track tags (need to
use sticky events, since adder's pads don't have the tags property). I'm not
sure how to unskip these, and make sure ports that can't handle MKV files skip
them..
