There will be a clash with the CSS3_TEXT_DECORATION -> CSS3_TEXT rename that
will land before this change. I don't need to see the updated patch as it's a
mechanical rewrite. Thanks for fixing the nits.

Concerning the inconsistency with other browsers, it's an orthogonal bug as you
are relying on our existing behavior. Please file a follow-up bug about it as
it's definitely something we will want to investigate and fix depending on what
the WG decides.
