The changes to FontComplexTextMac.cpp are unfortunate, but I can't think of a
better way to do this.	If a future version of CoreText supports these OpenType
features, I'm sure bashi would be happy to convert this to CoreText so Apple
Mac will also benefit.

bashi: Please watch the page cyclers when you land.  In particular, watch the
intl1 and intl2 bots.
