I don't want to have ENABLE ifdef anymore if possible.
And this is a typical module-able/supplement-able feature.
Please consider to:
- Adopt the supplment-style IDL
- Introducing Supplementable<T> for Chrome and attach the separate client
objectas a supplement.
   Please don't let ChromeClient fat.
