This patch:
 - implements LayoutTestController's setPopupBlockingEnabled,
 - enables tests connected with setPopupBlockingEnabled
 - deletes idler which called by scheduleAsynchronousClickCallback
(EventSender.cpp), sendClick should be called only once to pass
popup-blocking-click-in-iframe.html
