Moved WrapShape <-> CSSWrapShape conversions to WrapShapeFunctions .h/.cpp
files. Changed radiusX/Y to cornerRadiusX/Y. Added some non-valid length tests.
The specification does not yet restrict the lengths (eg, negative corner
radii), so not yet testing those.
