First patch for implementation of the patch model. It adds the implementation
for Qt port of WebKit2 for Mac and Linux systems.

Next patches to be made are the implementation for Qt/WK2 on Windows, the
implementation of hybrid memory and disk cache and the implementation for the
WK2/Qt Quick API.
