I'm not wild about the name "PBP".  WebKit style is anti-acronyms (though I
guess there is solid precedent for namespace names).
I'd consider thinking about a rename – maybe simply 'Profiler', or another
whole-word name – I know we have a legacy profiling tool, but I don't think
that's touched enough to be a practical concern.
