Incorporating Julien's feedback. The WrapShapeInfo map has been moved to a
static local in WrapShapeInfo.cpp. Fixme notes now include 'Bug #'.
RenderBlock::wrapShapeInfo() now returns null when a wrap shape cannot (yet) be
used for layout. Other small refactorings.
