Added a new kind of permission request for supporting the Geolocation API in
WebKit2GTK+.

Added a new WebKitGeolocationPermissionRequest class, implementing the
WebKitPermissionRequest interface, to enabling client applications  to allow or
deny geolocation permission requests.
