Trashing your R+ cuz I am adding hasReplica() to RenderSurfaceChromium, and cuz
you had asked for a rebased patch and I hadn't done that yet.

The diff here is just adding RSChromium::hasReplica() for the templated
functions in CCOcclusionTracker
