Few changes made in this patch,
a). Re-based the patch to latest trunk.
b). Restructured the unit tests as per the current design. Please note that
TestWebKitWebLoaderClient.cpp file (under WebKitWebView suite name), to be
consistent with rest of the similar tests (e.g. testAlternateContent).
c). Added new API's in 'webkit2gtk-sections.txt' file.
