Changes briefly,
-	   Implements default location provider from QtWebkit side for WK2
(WebGeolocationProviderQt)
-	   Allows QtWebkit clients to implement/override their own provider
using WK2 API’s
-	   Delaying instantiating qtMobility until request from JS
