This patch fixes the build breaks. I want to verify that before I submit.
I'm requesting another review because I found a problem with the code that has
been already reviewed.
I've added the implementation of setCFData in ClipboardUtilitiesWin.cpp.
The rest of the code has been reviewed and r+ already, but I don't want to
check in code that has not been reviewed 100%.
