I think the tokens supposedly parsed by CSS are finally covered, and it is time
for reviewing the custom written css tokenizer.

The patch is not ready, it has no ChangeLog, and tokenizer.flex is not removed
form the trunk. But I would like to hear your opinion since I am sure you have
several ideas to improve the patch.
