I went back and forth for a little while trying to decide if I should remove
the transforms part of this test entirely or just change it somehow to pass in
a meaningful way. After reading over
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41259 (which is the change which
originally added this test) and the HTML 5 specification for scrollIntoView, I
ultimately decided that the transforms part of the test is really not relevant
to the original fix. So I decided to remove that part of the test.
