Changing UI needs a rewrite to FileSystem.js. Will be a fixme for this patch.
Also, I will need to change type of localizedStrings.js to plain text land it,
add strings from FileSystem.js and re-change the type.
I have a separate patch for that. Rest all nits addressed. Again, this is
disabled for non-chromium platforms.
