After two weeks of first getting my devel environment broken and then see how
my laptop's motherboard died, I'm finally back at work... :-)

Attaching now a new patch with some minor issues fixed and adding the pending
unit test to check the implementation of the AtkAction interface in the new
class added as subclass of AtkHyperlink.

Hence, finally asking for review now.
