Use platform bridge to set scroll position.  this fixes layering violation. 
since PlatformBridge.cpp is in webkit and is not upstreamed, so this patch
doesn't include that file.  Also it seems the platformBridge.h and
scrollviewAndroid.cpp are very outdated.
